Delivery

All items are made to order. Delivery times can vary between 2 and 4 weeks. This can be delayed at peak times. If you need an item/outfit for a specific date, please contact us to let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time.

Delivery times vary, and can take up to 2 weeks depending on your location and type of postage.

1st class recorded within the UK/EU / regular airmail for the rest of the world -  Please allow up to 5 working days for within the UK, 10 working days within the EU and 21 working days for the rest of the world.

Special Delivery (Next Day) within the UK, Recorded Signed for within the EU and Airsure (fully tracked) for the rest of the world - Please allow up to 2 days within the UK, 7 working days for the EU and 14 working days for the rest of the world.

DHL - Between 1 and 4 days.

Packaging

All items are lightly talced and wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to protect your items. They are posted to you in either a padded envelope or box depending on the size of your order.

Payment

Payment is by Paypal. "PayPal is a safer, faster, more secure way to pay online – your financial details are never shared. We remember everything for you, safeguarding your bank, credit or debit card details."

Returns & Refunds

Custom Sized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Standard sized items can be returned for an exchange or refund if the item is sent back unworn. Returns are not accepted if you have changed your mind about an item or outfit, and are only accepted if an item is faulty.
